Logging In & Your Dashboard
Your first login, setting a permanent password, and a tour of everything on your dashboard.
Your first login
Check your email
Once you're approved, Korvéy sends you a portal login email with your email address and a temporary password.
Go to the ambassador portal login page
Use the link from your welcome email to reach the login screen, and sign in with your email and temporary password.
Set a permanent password
On your first login you'll see a banner asking you to reset your password. Choose a new password you'll remember — this replaces the temporary one.
You're in
You'll land on your Dashboard — your home base in the portal.
If your temporary password isn't working, or you're locked out, message your team lead — they can request a password reset for you.
Finding your way around
Once logged in, the navigation menu at the top of the portal gives you access to:

Understanding your Dashboard
Your dashboard is where you'll check in most often. Here's what each section shows:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Welcome banner | Your name, your current tier (Team Member, Icon, or Icon Leader), and your assigned team lead. |
| Referral code | Your personal code, used to build shareable shop links. Click to copy it. |
| Discount code | A percentage-off code you give your audience. Click to copy it. Once set, your discount code is locked — only your team lead can change it after that. |
| Commission % / Discount % | Your current rates, set by the Korvéy team. These are read-only on your side. |
| Commission Earnings Balance | Your unpaid commission balance, in AUD. Calculated as order price − 10% GST = commission base, then multiplied by your commission %. |
| Unlock Progress | Tracks your orders this calendar month. Hit 3 orders in a month to unlock the next reward. |
| Monthly Leaderboard | The top 10 Icons this month, ranked by number of orders. Your row is highlighted so you can see where you sit. Resets on the 1st of each month. |
| Performance stats | Your attributed sales, revenue, and lifetime / paid / pending commission — all in AUD. |
Your profile details (email, phone, city, socials) and your Change password form live on the Account page — that's also where you upload your profile photo.
