Payouts

When you get paid, how to keep your bank details current, and how to read your payout history.

When you get paid

Payouts are processed on the 7th of every calendar month, covering commission earned in the previous month, and paid in AUD into the bank account saved on your Payouts page. If the 7th falls on a weekend or public holiday, processing runs on the next business day.

Make sure your bank details are up to date before the 7th to avoid delays.

Korvéy needs your Australian bank details on file to pay you.

Adding or updating your bank details

  1. Open Payouts

    From the portal navigation, go to Payouts.

  2. Find the Bank Details section

    Enter or update your bank account information — account name, BSB, and account number.

  3. Save your details

    Keep this current. Outdated bank details are the most common reason payouts get delayed.

Your payout history

The Payouts page also shows a history table of your past payouts, including the period covered, number of orders, sales total, commission earned, and the date you were paid — all in AUD.
