Your Account & Profile Photo
Keeping your details current and uploading the profile photo that appears on the leaderboard.
The Account page
Go to Account from the portal menu to see and update your personal details. Anything with an Edit button is editable by you; a few fields (like your tier and commission rate) are managed by the Korvéy team.
- Name, email, phone, city and country
- Your connected social handles
- Your profile photo (see below)
- Change password form
Uploading your profile photo
Your profile photo appears next to your name on the Monthly Leaderboard on the dashboard, so it's worth setting one you love.
Open Account
Go to Account from the portal menu.
Click your photo
Click the photo circle (or the placeholder if you don't have one yet) and choose an image from your device.
Save
The image uploads and updates immediately. Refresh the dashboard to see it on the leaderboard.
Your discount code is locked
Your discount code is set when your account is created. Once it's live, you can't change it yourself — this keeps the code your audience already knows working. If you genuinely need it changed, message your team lead.
Changing your password
Use the Change password form at the bottom of your Account page. If you're locked out entirely, ask your team lead to trigger a reset.
